The True Enemy Within You.

Did you know?
You are your greatest enemy!

An African proverb says: "When there is no enemy within, the enemies outside cannot hurt you."

You may be wondering why my opening remark sounds a little bit harsh and pricking to the soul. We are too concerned of ourselves that we fail to tell ourselves the hard truth.

Long lived a man called Ausonuis, he said: "Forgive many things in others but nothing in yourself." This single word means do not deny yourself that truth, deal with it. No body is your greatest enemy because you have been given that gifted abilities to acquire all things. Your greatest enemy is yourself; yes I say yourself: your emotions, your body, your appetite, your ego, your unforgiving heart, etc.

(Paraphrasing): Apostle Paul said, "but I keep under my body and bring it into subjection{ a willing control}, in essence he was giving a hint about not shattering your gifted abilities with your own hands.
Not being honest within yourself, makes you go in circle. Deal with the  "devil" you know:yourself.

Three Enemies To Conquer:
° Laziness; handle your sleeping and eating habits.
    ° Bitterness
    ° Unforgiving Heart ♥

Ending on this note with the words of Abraham Lincoln: "No man is free, who is not a master of himself."

Refuse to be soft on yourself by being your own enemy!

Thanks for the read.
